If we can’t provide the answer to your problem, you don’t pay a cent. That’s right. If we don’t know what’s wrong, you don’t get the bill. No callout fee, nothing, nada, zip.

If for some reason we exceed the first hour of service because we have to go to school on your device (ie.read the manual, google search etc.), it’s on our time not yours. You’ll only pay for the time we spend using the knowledge we already have.

We stand by our work, so if any aspect of our service activity fails within 30 days of our initial visit, we will return, free of charge to sort it out. No quibbles.
